이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 이러쿵저러쿵(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 솜규 컨버터(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
서비스는 웹브라우저에서 실행되는 파일 도구 모음으로, 오디오 변환, 이미지 변환, 비디오 변환, 이미지 크롭, 앱 아이콘 생성 기능을 제공합니다. 모든 처리는 이용자의 기기에서 이루어지며 회사는 이용자의 파일을 전송받거나 보관하지 않습니다.
제3조 (이용 요금)
서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다. 회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 회사는 사전 공지 후 일부 기능을 유료로 전환할 수 있으며, 이 경우 기존 무료 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 공지합니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 저작권 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 파일을 처리하는 행위
- 법령이 금지하는 콘텐츠를 제작·유통하기 위해 서비스를 이용하는 행위
- 자동화 수단으로 서비스에 과도한 부하를 발생시키는 행위
- 서비스의 소스를 무단으로 복제·배포하거나 회사의 표시를 제거하고 재배포하는 행위
이용자가 처리하는 파일에 대한 권리와 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
제5조 (지식재산권)
서비스의 디자인, 코드, 상표 등에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 서비스로 생성한 결과물(변환된 파일, 아이콘 등)에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 이에 대해 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. 서비스는 FFmpeg, lamejs, JSZip 등 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 사용하며 각 라이선스를 준수합니다.
제6조 (면책)
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 다음에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 변환 결과물의 품질, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 다른 프로그램과의 호환성
- 이용자 기기·브라우저의 성능이나 저장 공간 부족으로 발생한 처리 실패
- 이용자가 결과물을 저장하지 않고 페이지를 닫아 발생한 데이터 손실
- 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단
중요한 파일은 반드시 원본을 별도로 보관한 후 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 중단 시 최소 30일 전에 이 페이지 또는 서비스 화면에 공지합니다.
제8조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of SOMKYU Converter ("the Service"), operated by LTLT ("we"), and set out the rights and obligations of both parties.
2. What the Service does
The Service is a set of browser-based file tools: audio conversion, image conversion, video conversion, image cropping and app icon generation. All processing happens on your device; we neither receive nor store your files.
3. Fees
The Service is free of charge. We may display advertising to fund its operation. We may introduce paid features with prior notice; material changes that disadvantage existing users take effect at least 30 days after notice.
4. Your obligations
You agree not to:
- process files that infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- use the Service to produce or distribute unlawful content;
- place excessive load on the Service through automated means;
- copy or redistribute the Service's source, or republish it with our notices removed.
You remain solely responsible for the files you process and for holding the necessary rights to them.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code and marks of the Service belong to us. Output you create with the Service (converted files, icons and so on) belongs to you, and we claim no rights over it. The Service uses open-source components including FFmpeg, lamejs and JSZip under their respective licences.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- the quality of output, its fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with other software;
- failures caused by the performance or storage limits of your device or browser;
- data lost because you closed the page before saving your results;
- interruptions beyond our reasonable control, such as network failure or force majeure.
Always keep a separate copy of important originals before using the Service.
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the Service. Where we discontinue it, we give at least 30 days' notice on this page or within the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction as provided by its Civil Procedure Act. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your residence.

第1条（目的）
本規約は、LTLT（以下「当社」）が提供するSOMKYU コンバーター（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件および当社と利用者の権利・義務を定めるものです。
第2条（サービス内容）
本サービスはブラウザ上で動作するファイルツール群であり、音声変換・画像変換・動画変換・画像クロップ・アプリアイコン生成の機能を提供します。処理はすべて利用者の端末で行われ、当社がファイルを受信・保管することはありません。
第3条（利用料金）
本サービスは無料で提供されます。運営費用を賄うため広告を掲載する場合があります。事前告知のうえ一部機能を有料化する場合があり、既存利用者に不利となる変更は30日前に告知します。
第4条（利用者の義務）
利用者は次の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 他者の著作権その他の知的財産権を侵害するファイルを処理する行為
- 法令が禁じるコンテンツの作成・配布のために本サービスを利用する行為
- 自動化手段により本サービスに過度な負荷を与える行為
- 本サービスのソースを無断で複製・配布し、または表示を削除して再配布する行為
処理するファイルに関する権利と責任は、すべて利用者に帰属します。
第5条（知的財産権）
本サービスのデザイン・コード・標章に関する権利は当社に帰属します。利用者が本サービスで生成した成果物（変換済みファイル、アイコン等）の権利は利用者に帰属し、当社はいかなる権利も主張しません。本サービスは FFmpeg、lamejs、JSZip 等のオープンソースを各ライセンスに従って利用しています。
第6条（免責）
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は次について責任を負いません。
- 変換結果の品質、特定目的への適合性、他ソフトウェアとの互換性
- 利用者の端末・ブラウザの性能や保存容量の不足に起因する処理の失敗
- 結果を保存せずページを閉じたことによるデータの消失
- 通信障害・天災など当社の合理的支配を超える事由によるサービスの中断
重要なファイルは必ず原本を別途保管のうえご利用ください。
第7条（変更・終了）
当社は本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。終了する場合は30日前までに本ページまたはサービス画面で告知します。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠し、紛争は同国民事訴訟法所定の管轄裁判所で解決します。

1. Objeto
Estos términos regulan el uso de SOMKYU Converter, operado por LTLT, y los derechos y obligaciones de ambas partes.
2. Servicio
El servicio ofrece herramientas de conversión de audio, imagen y vídeo, recorte y generación de iconos. Los archivos se procesan en el navegador; no recibimos ni almacenamos los archivos seleccionados.
3. Precio
El servicio se ofrece gratis y puede financiarse mediante publicidad. Podemos introducir funciones de pago con aviso previo. Los cambios que perjudiquen sustancialmente a usuarios existentes se anunciarán con 30 días de antelación.
4. Obligaciones del usuario
No puedes usar el servicio para infringir derechos de propiedad intelectual, crear o distribuir contenido prohibido por la ley, generar carga excesiva mediante automatización, ni copiar o redistribuir sin autorización el código del servicio o eliminar sus identificaciones. Eres responsable de contar con los derechos necesarios sobre los archivos que procesas.
5. Propiedad intelectual
El diseño, código y marcas del servicio pertenecen a la empresa. Los derechos sobre los resultados que generas te corresponden; no reclamamos derechos sobre ellos. El servicio utiliza FFmpeg, lamejs y JSZip conforme a sus respectivas licencias.
6. Limitaciones
El servicio se proporciona tal cual. No garantizamos la calidad del resultado, su idoneidad para un fin particular o la compatibilidad con otro software. Pueden producirse fallos por recursos insuficientes del dispositivo o navegador, pérdida de resultados no guardados, cortes de red u otras causas fuera de nuestro control. Conserva una copia de los archivos importantes.
7. Cambios e interrupción
Podemos modificar o terminar el servicio. Si lo terminamos, lo anunciaremos en esta página o en el servicio con al menos 30 días de antelación.
8. Ley aplicable y contacto
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea y la jurisdicción se determina conforme a su legislación procesal civil. No limitan derechos del consumidor que no puedan excluirse según la ley aplicable de tu residencia.
